Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is hiring for a fuel center associate at 1001 Cherry St, Blanchester, OH. You will assist customers, operate cash register, pump gas, and maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll complete daily inspections, fill incident and security reports, recover displays, handle safety procedures, and demonstrate Kroger values while supporting minors and seniors. This is a frontline role at Kroger’s fuel center in Blanchester.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with industry terms and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and without direct supervision.
• Any related experience.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver excellent customer service.
• Pump gas.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department.
• Perform cashier functions.

Job description

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
