Kenly 95 Petro is looking for an experienced Fuel Center Cashier to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to bring your skills, leadership, and expertise to one of the busiest travel centers in the region. You will manage transactions efficiently and create excellent experiences for our customers in a thriving, high-energy setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Expertise: Handle all aspects of cashiering, from fuel transactions to managing payment systems, and serve as a resource for less experienced team members.
• Provide Superior Customer Service: Ensure each customer has a positive experience by answering questions, assisting with fueling, and resolving concerns professionally.
• Handle High-Volume Transactions: Manage high-traffic times efficiently, process fuel payments, cash, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain Smooth Operations: Keep the Fuel Center clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
• Troubleshoot & Solve Problems: Resolve equipment issues, customer concerns, and handle difficult situations promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cashiering or retail/customer service, capable of handling high-volume and complex transactions.
