Black Titan Fuddruckers is looking for hard working, energetic people to join our team. At Fuddruckers, you’ll enjoy an improved quality of life that’s unique in the hospitality industry. We are currently seeking experienced Fuddruckers Grill Cooks to join our team.

The Grill Cook is responsible for coordinating and executing the preparation of our guests’ meals, following Fuddruckers specifications and procedures, in a timely manner. The Cook must have extensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months prior cooking experience in the restaurant industry
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to speak, read, and write using a minimal amount of English
• Ability to withstand the pressures of working in close quarters, standing for hours, and working near hot grills and deep fryers
• Excellent guest service and verbal communication skills
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
• Professional appearance (see uniform standards)
• Ability to multitask
• Team player with a high sense of urgency
• Ability to handle stress appropriately
• Willingness to cross-train in other areas as needed
• Problem solver with adaptability and resilience
• Physical activities include walking or standing for 6 to 8 hours, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, talking, and sitting
• Coordination of manual and visual dexterity

QUALIFICATIONS:

A successful applicant must have:

• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices and the ability to pass food safety exams and trainings
• Dependable, reliable, respectful team player with leadership qualities and excellent customer service skills
• Physical capability for agility, dexterity, and long periods of walking, standing, bending, and lifting supplies or equipment weighing 20 pounds or more
