Job Summary
TravelCenters of America offers a convenient, one-stop shopping experience. Our locations feature diverse dining options to meet guest needs. The Cashier plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service to ensure travelers leave satisfied.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
  • Serve customers courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a positive attitude
  • Process transactions on a POS register; maintain a clean, stocked food and beverage area; clean and stock merchandise
  • Understand menu codes and cooking specifications for to-go orders
  • Practice safe food handling and follow safety guidelines
  • Prioritize tasks based on restaurant and guest needs
  • Establish strong communication with leaders and coworkers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to join our team
  • Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
  • Cash handling skills preferred
