Kupu Ka ‘Eu LLC (KKE) seeks a Gulfstream Communications System Operator Instructor to support the U.S. Air Force EA FTU at Joint Base Andrews, MD. The role delivers classroom and hands-on instruction for Gulfstream V/550 and C-37 training, managing courseware, tests, and training records.

We welcome candidates from military executive-airlift or civilian communications backgrounds. The instructor will work with FTU leadership to update curricula and coordinate trainer devices and debriefs.

Gulfstream Communications System Operator Instructor

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Kupu Ka ‘Eu LLC (KKE) is recruiting a Gulfstream Communications System Operator (CSO) Instructor to support the U.S. Air Force 89th Airlift Wing Executive Airlift Formal Training Unit (EA FTU) at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.

The position supports the Gulfstream V/550 / C-37 executive-airlift training environment and provides academic and practical instruction to Communications System Operator students. The instructor will support courseware delivery, student evaluation, training documentation, instructional material development, training-device instruction, and applicable CompTIA Security+ curriculum.

We are interested in candidates from both military executive-airlift and qualified civilian communications backgrounds.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Instruct Executive Airlift Formal Training Unit students in accordance with current training guides, courseware, syllabus, and FTU guidance.
• Evaluate student performance, monitor progress, and provide additional training to correct deficiencies and achieve proficiency.
• Document student training progress and maintain required training records and folders.
• Ensure required monthly and quarterly reviews and training closeouts are completed.
• Develop, maintain, administer, and deliver course materials, including tests, presentations, and lesson plans.
• Review course materials and syllabi and provide recommended updates to FTU leadership.
• Coordinate use of power-on and Flying Trainers and provide recommendations on training focus areas.
• Operate Fuselage Trainer equipment and other Executive Mission Aviator training devices as required.
• Attend student-training meetings and advise FTU leadership on student status, deficiencies, and additional training requirements.
• Conduct and document curriculum and instructional debriefs.
• Perform related training, training-support, administrative, and curriculum-development duties within the scope of the contract.
