MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager to lead FTTH construction projects across the United States.

The role focuses on safety, quality, financials, production, and schedule while coordinating subcontractors and internal crews to meet project milestones and customer expectations. The position requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and proven project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• MUST have FTTH construction operations experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Manager, managing FTTH projects.
• Track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
• Hands-on approach to your work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Able to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Project Manager to develop and manage safety, quality, financials, production, schedule, inventory, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Serves as the site-specific expert for assigned projects.
• Develop initial project budgets and revenue estimates to mitigate cost overruns.
• Take lead responsibility for all revenue and cost components of the construction portion.
• Develop and maintain the forecasted construction schedule and report milestones.
