Analytics Solutions Specialist (Remote US)

Responsibilities
  • Plan, present, and help manage new and existing analytics opportunities within the Process Analytics business across the US.
  • The ideal candidate will be technically skilled, experienced in FTIR/NIR, and possess working knowledge of CGA, CEMS, GC, and/or TDL technologies. You will act as a trusted partner for customers, providing tailored solutions while driving business growth.
Key Accountabilities
  • Identify potential projects and present fit-for-purpose analytical solutions to customers. Support channel partners and collaborate with sales teams to drive business.
  • Grow the analytics business in line with the go-to-market strategy by offering and executing solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly; provide valuable market insights for decision-making.
  • Communicate value propositions internally and externally. Support local sales efforts and implement communication, promotion, and training activities.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree in technology with 5+ years of experience in instrumentation as a customer, seller, technician, or project manager.
  • Experience with FTIR/NIR and strong understanding of CGA, CEMS, GC, and/or TDL technologies.
  • Solid understanding of analytics, including GC, FTIR, tunable diode lasers, CGA, and CWA; additional instrumentation knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to design customer-specific solutions while incorporating company products.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels from field personnel to executive leadership.
