The primary role involves acting as a liaison between team members and management, assisting with navigating the MyRewardsEveryday website, completing pre-screenings, orientations, maintaining records, and managing store uniforms.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with management on team member needs.
  2. Review emails and related communications.
  3. Manage the hiring process, including reviewing applications, pre-screenings, interviews, and orientations, in collaboration with HR.
  4. Oversee new hire training and ensure scheduling for on-the-job training.
  5. Ensure completion of annual training requirements.
  6. Manage inventory levels of uniforms and supplies.
  7. Plan and execute store events within budget.
  8. Maintain confidential records and proper disposal post-retention.
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to read, write, communicate effectively, and understand job duties and safety regulations.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Complete a 60-day introductory period.
  • Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
  • Capable of using or learning to use necessary equipment and tools.
  • Adhere to dress code with proper clothes and shoes.
  • Possess keyboard skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: minimum 8-hour shifts
  • Job cycles: continual
  • Max. lift/carry: 25 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
  • Category III: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 35 lbs.

Preferred Requirements
  • Understanding company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used.
  • Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Right-to-Know, and store-specific HIPAA training.
