Job Responsibilities
  1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
  2. Unload trucks, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, and manage product codes and pricing.
  3. Organize backstock, coordinate with vendors and teams.
  4. Replenish shelves efficiently, including rotation and display setup.
  5. Handle cardboard disposal and waste management tasks.

This list is not exhaustive and other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
  • Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
  • Ability to operate or learn necessary equipment and tools.
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours typically 8 hours or more based on business needs.
  • Maximum physical exertion: lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing for about 55%, walking for 45% of the shift.
  • Category IV physical activity including lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of MSDS, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
