Administrative Assistant / Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $28 per hour / Medical, dental & vision / 401k match / PTO

As a Travel Administrative Coordinator at Transcarent, you will:

  1. Serve as a primary travel contact for internal teams
  2. Research, recommend, and book accommodations and compile travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy in every detail
  3. Ensure correct and thorough documentation in the CRM system
  4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Transcarent vendors and cross-functional teams
  5. Deliver exceptional customer experience to internal and external partners
  6. Support management by finding and implementing solutions to benefit members and internal teams, improve processes, and create efficiencies
