Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Teller / Member Service Representative in Oklahoma City. The position involves assisting members with financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service, with a preference for bilingual candidates. This full-time role offers a supportive environment and the opportunity to contribute to member satisfaction.
**(8-Hour Shift - within time-frame)**
Saturdays: 8:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Bilingual Preferred - Spanish/English
$100 Monthly Bilingual Bonus
Role:
Toassist members with their financial transactions, involving paying andreceiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Attendance is an essentialfunction of performing the duties of this job.
EssentialFunctions & Responsibilities:
55% Receives and processesmember financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loanpayments; sells money orders and VISA gift cards to members; transfers amountsfrom member accounts as directed.
15% Balances cash drawer anddaily transactions.
5% Welcomes members andprovides routine information concerning services and directs members toappropriate department for specific information and service.
5% Performs a variety ofmiscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering thetelephone.
5% Cross-sells credit unionservices.
5% Other duties as assigned.
