As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, {JOB DEPARTMENT} is currently seeking a self-motivated Retail Wireless Store Manager to join our team.

Job Purpose:

  1. Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one-on-one meetings, and on-the-spot redirect coaching.
  2. Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross-selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
  3. Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
  4. Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames.
  5. Perform up to 10 Business to Business sales outreach appointments per week.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Weekend availability required.
