Pay Range

This range is provided by Auto Value Parts Stores. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Base Pay Range

$13.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide sales service, assisting with parts, paint mixing, customer returns, and resolving concerns.
• Check in freight, deliver parts, perform cycle counts, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain store appearance, security, and operational standards as directed by management.
• Assist customers via phone inquiries, promote sales, and suggest upgrades.
• Use catalogs and computer systems to identify parts and stay informed on sales and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent service.
• Follow store policies during transactions.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts knowledge or sales experience preferred; training available.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with store procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, visitors, and staff.
