Provide world-class customer service in stores as a full-time, minimum thirty-two (32) hour pharmacist, working to satisfy every customer's needs by exceeding their expectations and making every shopping visit an enjoyable and remarkable experience. Take responsibility for the overall operation of the pharmacy, maximizing controllable profit and minimizing expenses. Ensure all pharmacy associates comply with current company standards and all Federal and State regulations. Treat our customers and employees ethically and respectfully, promoting an inclusive and efficient work environment. Act as a responsible community member by emphasizing safety and accuracy when handling patient needs. Assist the pharmacy manager by carrying out supervisory responsibilities including training, planning, assigning work, addressing complaints, and solving problems.
Essential Job Functions:
Primary responsibilities include supporting divisional, corporate, and special promotions, responding to pharmacy needs for relief coverage, demonstrating commitment to customer service, administering immunizations, completing clinical services, dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions, verifying work of technicians and interns, evaluating medications for interactions, maintaining appropriate supplies, complying with licensing requirements, ensuring quality assurance, communicating program information, adhering to laws and company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and performing data entry and inventory management. Maximize gross profit, minimize expenses, and maintain accurate records. Handle customer complaints, ensure safety, and promote trust and respect among team members. Perform job functions throughout scheduled hours efficiently, including data entry, inventory, and sales. Assist store leadership in providing a positive shopping experience, maintaining a clean environment, and adhering to safety protocols. Exhibit behaviors such as teamwork, effective communication, customer service excellence, leadership, safety awareness, and problem-solving. Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing within the region, with a Bachelor's or PharmD degree, immunization and CPR certification, effective communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Compensation: You will be eligible for Harris Teeter’s group benefit plans upon completing applicable waiting periods, subject to plan terms and policies.
