Job summary

Integral Senior Living seeks a Server to join our team in California and deliver caring dining service to residents and guests. You will take meal orders, serve in a timely, friendly manner, and help maintain vibrant dining areas in our community.

The role supports residents with warm, attentive service and adherence to posted safety standards. We value teamwork, reliability, and a passion for senior living.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with seniors.
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs.
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general descriptions of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining hospitality and service standards.
