Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our dining team in our Colorado community. You will take meal and drink orders, serve meals, and ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Maintain knowledge of daily specials, keep dining areas clean, and follow safety and hospitality protocols while providing compassionate service to seniors.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors is preferred
• Ability to interact with residents, guests and team members in a courteous manner
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve in a friendly, timely manner
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with meals
• Know specials and describe food items accurately
• Maintain dining areas and side stations
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
• Follow loss prevention procedures
• Set up and clean the dining room while upholding hospitality standards

Server Responsibilities

• You will take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
