Stand Out For Good, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an energetic Senior Stylist to support the Store Leader, coach teammates, and drive guest experiences. You’ll plan events, design-focused styling, and roll up your sleeves to meet new challenges.

You will champion product knowledge, train stylists, and help grow brand awareness while creating a memorable in-store atmosphere and generating appointments through thoughtful merchandising and outreach.

Formación

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in an elevated service environment is a plus.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with community involvement.

• Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences
• Champion product knowledge & styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and AOV
• Deliver innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments
• Leverage your product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, acting as the culture cheerleader for your team
• Support your Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach and operational tasks

What You’ll Do
