Music & Arts, part of the Guitar Center enterprise, is seeking a senior-level sales-focused associate to help achieve store goals and deliver exceptional customer service. You will promote music lessons, build relationships with schools and community groups, and participate in merchandising and security duties.

The role emphasizes drive, product knowledge, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, with benefits and incentive programs described in the posting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music

• Maintain store security including: perimeter door keys, register keys and personal alarm code.

The purpose of this job is to consistently achieve individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, provide superior customer service, and take on other senior-level responsibilities within a store.

Pay Rate:$16.94 -17.50/phr depending on location, background and experience. Plus additional sales incentives.
