Job summary

Music & Arts, part of the Guitar Center enterprise, seeks a customer-focused sales professional in Leesburg, VA. The role centers on driving personal sales, promoting lessons, and building relationships with educators and local organizations while delivering top-notch customer service.

• Create business by networking with teachers/schools, churches, and community organizations

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every customer
• Promote customer loyalty
• Participate in all areas of store's operation including merchandising, displays, and maintenance
• Maintain store security including: perimeter door keys, register keys and personal alarm code
• Additional duties as assigned.

Pay Rate:$17.00phr depending on location, background and experience.
