Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Irving, TX is seeking a Full-Time Senior Framer to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions. You will help customers shop, ensure a safe, clean environment, and deliver framing orders with high quality and on time.

You should have basic computer and measuring skills, and be able to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter. Retail experience and the ability to lead in the absence of the Framing Manager are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and deliver customized framing solutions.
• Assist customers in finding products and services and keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

• Support safety, shrink, and SOP programs.
• Assist and train fellow team members and act in the absence of the Framing Manager.
