Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred, with customer service focus.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results; complete framing orders on time and with high quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas; support replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they need; keep store well merchandised.
• Follow SOPs; support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact respectfully with others and promote company values.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking; operate cash register and perform cash handling.
• Acknowledge customers, locate products and offer solutions; assist with Omni channel processes.
