Job summary

KRE Security LLC is seeking a Full-Time Third Shift Security Officer for a client site in Pottstown, PA. You will perform exterior patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and collaborate with the client staff to create a safe, respectful environment for the people served.

The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy, patience, and excellent communication, and is willing to follow site procedures, obtain required certifications, and work as part of a dependable team during the overnight shift.

Full-Time Third Shift Security Officer – Pottstown, PA

Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM–6:00 AM | Full-Time

We’re hiring a Full-Time Third Shift Security Officer for a client in Pottstown, PA that provides important services to an underserved population. This is more than a typical security position. You’ll work closely with the client’s staff to help maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment for the people they serve.

What You'll Do

Your primary focus will be exterior patrols, observation, communication, and teamwork. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular exterior patrols of the property, grounds, parking areas, and designated areas.
• Maintaining a visible security presence.
• Working in pairs as required by site procedures.
• Supporting the client's staff during challenging or difficult situations.
• Responding appropriately to disturbances, security concerns, and other incidents.
• Observing and reporting unusual or potentially unsafe activity.
• Helping maintain a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
• Communicating clearly with client personnel and your security team.
• Completing accurate activity logs and incident reports.
• Following site-specific post orders, procedures, and client requirements.
• Obtaining and maintaining required certifications and clearances.

Required Site Certification

Employees must be willing to obtain Phazzer non-lethal CEW certification as required by the site. Training and certification must be completed to meet site requirements for assigned shifts.
