Per Mar Security Services is hiring Experienced Security Officers in Minnesota to join our expanding team. You will monitor premises, inspect entry points, and respond to incidents while upholding safety and company policies.

We offer a range of full-time and part-time shifts, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits. Eligible applicants should be at least 18, have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license, and be willing to undergo drug testing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft or infractions.
• Examine doors, windows, and gates for proper function.

• Tuition Reinbusment (full time employees, after 6 months of service up to $1000 per semester)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Position Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
