Elior Independent School Dining is hiring a full-time Utility Worker to support sanitation operations at the New York, NY site. You will help clean and maintain dining areas, restock supplies, and coordinate waste disposal as part of a collaborative team.

This role emphasizes adherence to safe procedures, teamwork, and reliability in a school dining environment. Onsite work with comprehensive employee benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use safe operating procedures and sound judgement.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Nice-to-haves: Prior experience in foodservice and/or a maintenance role.

Responsibilities

• Caring for and cleaning floors and table areas.
• Restocking supplies in the dining area.
• Removal and proper disposal of waste.
• Receiving and stocking inventory.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.
