Job summary

Elior Independent School Dining is seeking a skilled utility worker to oversee sanitation operations and coordinate tasks in Blue Mountain Academy's dining area. You will care for and clean floors and table areas, restock supplies, remove waste, receive and stock inventory, and sanitize dishes and equipment.

The role requires you to work independently or as part of a team, using safe operating procedures and sound judgement; prior experience in foodservice or maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Caring for and cleaning floors and table areas.
• Restocking supplies in the dining area.
• Removal and proper disposal of waste.
• Receiving and stocking inventory.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.
