Job summary

Cruise America, Inc. is seeking an RV technician to service and repair RVs to manufacturer specifications in Henderson, NV.

The role includes pre-delivery inspections, diagnosing and repairing chassis and coach systems, and ensuring vehicles are clean and operational for customers. The technician will maintain a neat work area, assist with vehicle movements, perform electrical and generator maintenance, and coordinate third-party outsourcing as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior work experience preferred.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing RV chassis and coach systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat and organized work area with supplies.
• Provide vehicle familiarization tours and answer customer questions.
• Move vehicles to local locations as necessary.
• Provide troubleshooting for complex problems.
• Repair chassis components and coach components.
• Refurbish vehicles retired from the rental fleet.
• Perform electrical repairs to coach and chassis systems.
• Perform generator maintenance.

Job description

The RV technician will be responsible for servicing and repairing RVs to manufacturers specifications,

performing pre-delivery inspections, diagnosing and repairing chassis and coach systems. The objective

of this job is to provide customers with a clean, operational motorhome and thus a pleasant rental

introduction to Cruise America.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Maintain a neat and organized work area with sufficient supplies.
• Provide vehicle familiarization tour and answer customer questions.
• Move vehicles to local locations as necessary.
• Provide troubleshooting skills for complex problems.
• Repair chassis components.
• Repair coach components.
• Refurbish vehicles retired from the rental fleet.
• Perform electrical repairs to coach and chassis systems.
• Perform maintenance on generators.
• Coordinate third party outsourcing.
