Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with procedures and quality standards.
• Notify the front desk upon room completion to ensure timely availability for guests.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unserviceable rooms to the supervisor promptly.
• Respond to guest and management requests efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized linen cart and storage area.
• Ensure security and proper handling of keys, equipment, and supplies issued daily.
• Report lost and found items immediately to the supervisor.
• Participate in team cleaning and self-inspection programs as required.
• Respond quickly and politely to guest requests, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Present a professional image at all times through proper grooming and attire.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
