Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Washington, DC. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to work in SNF and long-term care settings, with strong emphasis on teamwork and clinical development.

You will provide supervised therapy, help identify suitable patients, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining compliance with state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
