Job Description: Security Officer at Sunstates Security

Sunstates Security is hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex Security Officers in St. Louis, MO. All shifts are available, with a starting pay rate of $19/hr paid weekly.

Requirements

Flex Officer Role

The Flex Officer supports our operations by working shifts that become available due to various circumstances, ensuring continuous service and supporting staff well-being.

Scheduling Expectations

Flex Officers are trained at various posts and may work at different locations based on needs. Schedules vary and may be scheduled in advance or on short notice. Flex Officers are expected to work assigned shifts and communicate availability or unavailability to supervisors.

Short-notice shifts require at least 80% attendance; refusing more than 20% may affect employment status.
