Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Bartender at Columbus Airport Marriott in Columbus, Ohio to craft beverages and deliver a memorable guest experience.

This role involves drink preparation, customer engagement, cash handling, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean, compliant bar while supporting restaurant staff.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
• Build relationships with regular patrons to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Seat and serve guests at both bar and tables.
• Handle payments, operate cash registers, and manage tabs accurately.
• Ensure proper recording of sales and compliance with tipping policies.
• Monitor and restock bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, and supplies.
• Conduct inventory checks and communicate stock needs to management.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glasses and equipment.
• Follow all food and beverage safety regulations.
• Take restaurant trash out.
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• May occasionally assist with room service.

Columbus Airport Marriott is looking for a Full-Time and a Part-Time Bartender to join our growing team!

Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring a great customer experience while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. They engage with patrons, recommend drinks, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Drink Preparation

• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
