Job summary

Target Optical in Warwick, RI is seeking a qualified Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye care and patient service in a fast-paced retail setting. As a primary care provider, you will diagnose, treat, and manage ocular conditions, establish relationships with patients, and work with store teams to uphold brand standards and exceptional patient experiences.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited Optometry program, be licensed in Rhode Island, and hold DPA/TPA certification;

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership to grow the brand.
• Maintain office quality systems and KPI performance.
• Train and guide team members using company programs.
• Support the brand as a leading optical provider in the community.
