We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Physical Therapist at Brownwood Nursing and Rehab, with traditional or consistent PRN schedules also available.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to assess their physical condition.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to promote healing and restore function.
• Monitor and modify treatments based on patient response.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Complete thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Attend required meetings and adhere to all rules and procedures.

Requirements

• Active/Valid Texas license in Physical Therapy.
• Good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
• SNF/Long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of treatment practices and electronic documentation systems preferred.
• Ability to manage patients with various personalities.
