Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View seeks a Pre-Op/PACU Manager to lead the Pre-op, PACU and PAT areas in a busy multispecialty surgery center serving Northern Suffolk. The Nurse Manager partners with Senior Management to drive facility safety, patient outcomes, and financial performance.

The role requires a BSN preferred, Virginia RN license, BLS and ACLS within 90 days, and 2 years of ambulatory or supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing – BSN preferred.
• Current license as a Virginia Registered Nurse.
• BLS required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days.
• Clinical – 2 years’ ambulatory experience preferred.
• Supervisory - Prior leadership/management experience preferred.
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View is seeking a Pre-Op/PACU Manager. We are a busy multispecialty surgery center serving Northern Suffolk and an affiliate of United Surgical Partners International (USPI). USPI’s mission is to care for each patient and their family as if they were our own. Each patient, each family, each and every time.

The Nurse Manager is responsible for all departmental functions in support of USPI’s mission, vision, and facility goals. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. The Nurse Manager works with Senior Management in meeting facility safety, quality, customer service, and financial goals. Oversees Pre-op/PACU/PAT; Assists as Pre-op/PACU/PAT RN as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of a professional school of Nursing – BSN preferred
• Licensure: Current license as aVA Registered Nurse
• Certifications: BLS required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days
