Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $27.00/hr

What you’ll do:

THE BRASS TACKS

  • Maintains overall cleanliness and organization of the property
  • Moves and arranges furniture.
  • Ensures storage areas are neat and organized.
  • Maintains inventory housekeeping and maintenance supplies and communicates damage or shortages to supervisor.
  • Sweeps and cleans designated floors/sidewalks
  • Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Empties and transports all trash and waste to disposal area.
  • Follows recycling procedures.
  • Reports damages, lost items, or anything unusual or suspicious.
  • Reports and addresses unsafe conditions or security concerns immediately to the GM or Manager on Duty.
  • Maintains a safe and secure environment for residents and team members.
  • Responds to all resident and guest’s requests in an expeditious, courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensures concierge workspaces and storage areas are clean and organized.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all resident information and pertinent building data.
  • Demonstrate proper bending and lifting techniques to ensure their health and safety as well as others around them
  • Responds to calls for spill cleanup and trash removal
  • Responds to calls for cleaning or straightening of public or back of the house areas
  • Follows all safety and security procedures
  • Assures that we exceed resident expectations by being responsive, engaged and following-through on all requests.
  • Works with others as needed and maintains on-going communication with all team members
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with Columbia Hospitality values and mission
  • Completes other duties as assigned

Towering over the Denny Triangle neighborhood, The Cosmopolitan offers 250 luxurious condominiums. Standing at 34 stories, many of the condos feature breathtaking views of Seattle's metropolis and Lake Union. This residence offers units varying from studio to two-bedroom layouts ranging from 430-1900 square feet. The Cosmopolitan's full-service concierge team is available to residents 24-hours a day to assist with a multitude of services, such as town car and taxi services, reservations, and referring pet car services.
