The Westin Tempe is looking for a FT - Public Space Attendant to join our amazing Housekeeping Team!
Hours/Shifts: PM availability - including weekends and holidays
As a Public Space Attendant, you'll be part of a great team of helpful people who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You'll have the support and collaboration of your colleagues as you work together to provide a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
This role takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Hotel. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction.

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Working knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment. Ability to extend arms, scrub, bend, stoop, and stand and walk public areas for extended periods of time. Requires lifting up to 75 lbs. and ability to push and/or pull wheeled carts weighing up to 100 lbs. Ability to understand and follow directions, and perform job functions under limited supervision.

Safety & Security: The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
