Ramona Rehab in Hemet, CA is seeking an LVN to join our skilled nursing and rehab team. We offer comprehensive orientation and ongoing training, CEUs, and a supportive work environment.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include notifying the MD of changes in resident condition, documenting daily care, administering medications (Med Pass), and completing assessments as needed.
