A Line Cook is responsible for preparing food items for our evening shift, in accordance with recipes and established standards, as part of the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding service. The role requires weekend and holiday availability. The ideal candidate is looking to grow their career. Pay range is $16.00 - $20.05 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
  • Manage guest orders efficiently and courteously
  • Know the menu and all food products
  • Stock and maintain food stations
  • Inspect all food sent from the kitchen
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
