Summary: Provide world-class customer service as a full-time pharmacist, overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering an inclusive, ethical, and efficient work environment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing pharmacy functions, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Essential Job Functions: Support promotions, respond to pharmacy needs, administer immunizations, dispense medications, review prescriptions, evaluate drug interactions, ensure compliance with laws, maintain quality assurance, and promote a positive customer experience. Lead and develop the pharmacy team, manage records, and uphold safety and confidentiality standards.
