While working in Emergency Medicine, you may have found security lacking at times and other aspects of the position to be more repetitive than expected when you decided to become a paramedic. Evidence-based medical decisions, making an impact for an under-served patient population, in a safe secure work environment may be just the career change you are looking for.

Qualifications: We are looking for a certified paramedic to utilize their skills for a diverse patient group. You will assess new intakes through data collection, coordinate triage with nursing staff on duty and provider, as well as respond to medical emergencies. You should have competence in performing emergency intervention, physical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills.

• Location: Alamance County Jail
• Open Position: FT Paramedic Nights
• Schedule: 12 hr Night Shift Rotation 6p - 6a w/ Alternating Weekends
