Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. (River Point Behavioral Health) in Jacksonville, FL seeks an FT Outpatient Licensed Therapist. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing assessments, individual and group therapy, and discharge planning.

We are pleased to announce the following available position: FT OUTPATIENT LICENSED THERAPIST

The Outpatient Licensed Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Major job functions include: obtaining assessments; conducting individual/group therapy on assigned cases; completing documentation per policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinating discharge planning; assisting in developing and maintaining community resource information; performing marketing functions as assigned; assisting in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensuring good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participating in continuing education activities.

Qualifications

Applicant must have a Masters degree from an accredited university in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or related field. Must be licensed as LCSW, LMHC, OR LMFT. Must have 1-3 years of related work experience preferred.
