Ellie Mental Health in Morristown, NJ (opening Florham Park in January 2027) is seeking compassionate, full-time therapists to join our growing team. You’ll evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, document sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to close gaps in community mental health.

We offer competitive compensation ($65,000–$85,000 per year), a sign-on bonus, health/dental/vision, 8 holidays plus 10–15 days PTO, 401(k) with match, and on-site supervision for licensure.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences required.
• State licensure in New Jersey (LAC/LAMFT/LSW/LPC/LMFT/LCSW) required.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes preferred.
• 16 hours weekly evening/weekend availability during initial caseload buildup.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by two social workers in Minneapolis. It quickly grew to multiple locations and attracted the attention of many who are passionate about mental health. Since adopting a franchise model, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow rapidly. Today there are over 200 locally owned and operated franchises across the country. Our clinic in Morristown is the first Ellie to open in the state of New Jersey!

Responsibilities Include

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Candidates are required to have received a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Candidates must have required licensure (LAC, LAMFT, LSW or LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of New Jersey
• Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Have 16 hours of weekly evening and/or weekend availability during the first few weeks when building up caseload
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Experience with littles aged <7, play therapy and family systems a plus!
