Per Mar Security Services is seeking entry level and experienced Security Officers to join our team in a full-time, second-shift role in Buffalo, MN. The job emphasizes loss prevention, vehicle checks, and directing customers within a lumber-yard setting while ensuring product integrity at exit.

• More of a loss prevention job than a security job. We check vehicles in and give directions as to where their product is in the lumber yard. When they come to exit, we check to make sure that the product that they purchased is in fact the product that they have in their vehicle or trailer.Loss PreventionChecking orders and counting purchased productComputersHand held computers used, must have good understanding of computersProduct KnowledgeGenerally, good knowledge of the building industry and construction is required.WalkingCan be very busy in the summer months, a lot of walking required on Concrete is required.CommunicationA lot of interaction with the public, must be able to communicate well
