Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of work experience above minimum.
• Less than 1 year of experience.
• BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• Texas Medical Board license for RCP
• RRT certification from NBRC

Responsibilities

• Performs respiratory care: oxygen, aerosol therapy, and procedures as directed by physician.
• Adheres to infection control, HIPAA, time and attendance policies.
• Maintains professional conduct with peers and patients to ensure quality outcomes.
• Pursues continuous quality improvement in clinical care by identifying improvement opportunities.
• Uses data entry and EMR documentation to record patient information and care plans.
