Chicago Nannies, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Nanny Manager for a warm Oak Brook family to care for two young children and to coordinate daily household routines with the live-in housekeeper.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, organized, and nurturing professional with multi-child background. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM with occasional evenings; compensation is $30–$35 per hour (DOE), start date ASAP, with guaranteed 40 hours and PTO.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable with a parent present in and out throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate care for the 1-year-old and 3-year-old.
• Plan engaging activities that support growth, learning, and daily routines.
• Prepare lunch and light meals for children.
• Diaper changes and support potty training in a positive, consistent, and developmentally appropriate manner.
• Transport older children to after-school activities.
• Run child- and family-related errands, such as returns and light pickups.
• Organize children’s shoes, clothing, and belongings, including seasonal rotation and sizing as children outgrow items.
• Organize pantry and children’s closets during nap times.
• Maintain order and structure in children’s spaces in coordination with the live-in housekeeper.
• Communicate clearly and collaboratively with parents.

Position Details

• Location: Oak Brook, IL
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM- flexibility for evening help some days.
• Compensation: $30-$35/hr (DOE)
• Benefits: Guaranteed 40 hours + PTO
• Start Date: ASAP
• Children: Primary care for 2 children at home (ages 3 years and 1 year)
  • Older children are in full-time school or camps all year; occasional support needed
• Pets: One small dog (no care required)
