What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective members
- Initiate calls to prospects to introduce and explain the Wellth program
- Assist prospects with enrollment by guiding them on downloading and using the app
- Collaborate with the Member Operations team to conduct feedback outreaches
- Ensure that members' voices are heard and addressed effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with prospects
- Ability to navigate and utilize mobile applications and technology
- Proficiency in organizing and managing feedback from members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare services or member enrollment processes
- Familiarity with the Wellth program or similar health management applications
- Bilingual skills to assist a diverse member population
