Job Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, break down loads, and rotate stock in the cooler.
• Weigh, price, and label products.
• Stock cases and prepare value-added products.
• Provide excellent customer service with product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Manage product ordering and inventory control.
• Develop staff schedules, train team members, and promote positive morale.
• Achieve sales, gross profit, shrink, and labor targets.
• Reconcile invoices and execute weekly merchandising plans.
• Conduct department walks and staff meetings.
• Ensure sanitation, food safety, and quality assurance standards are met.
• Process cuts for service counters or special orders.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Proficient in using or willing to learn to use relevant equipment and tools.
• Meet company performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more based on business needs.
• Job involves continual activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%.
• Category IV: Lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Serve Safe Certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
