Job summary

Primary Care Solutions, Inc. in Ponca City, OK is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Veterans-focused team in a full-time, on-site role.

You will provide a friendly, confidential environment, perform vital signs, administer medications, and support providers during examinations. This position offers telehealth and back-office components, standard office hours Monday through Friday, and opportunities for growth within a federally contracted setting.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Graduate of an accredited certificate program.
Current and active state Nursing License (LPN).
One year of clinical operations experience preferred; new grads welcome.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Current Basic Life Support for providers certification from The American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information in the electronic medical record.
Obtain medical histories and verify patient information.
Prepare, assist, and complete forms accurately.
Administer medications and operate diagnostic equipment.
Assist providers during examinations and treatments.
Take vital signs and perform ancillary tests as allowed by certification and state regulations.
Perform ancillary testing (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws) as certified.
Collect lab specimens and submit results to providers.
Answer and return patient calls, messages, and alerts.
