Qualifications

• Must have a valid LPN or RN license.
• Experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
• Ability to perform emergency interventions and basic nursing assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and administer prescribed medications.
• Evaluate symptoms and chart results based on established nursing plans.
• Follow through with established treatment plans and perform assessments.

Open Position: LPN or RN Days

Schedule: 12 hr Day Shift Rotation w/Alternating Weekends

Sign-On & Retention Bonus Offered

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s)
• Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations
• Follow through with established treatment plans
• Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking
