FT LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse / $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Join us at RHA Health Services, LLC as a Full-Time LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse and receive a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Position Details:

• Type: Regular, Full-Time
• Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM, Sunday to Tuesday
• Pay: $27/hour
• Reports to: Regional Nursing Director

Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist with health data collection and report to the RN
• Coordinate and document medical care
• Support physicians during on-site clinics
• Train unlicensed personnel and conduct medication assessments
• Perform quality assurance checks and report health concerns
• Communicate with medical team members and advocate for clients

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current unrestricted LPN license
• CPR certification or eligibility
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and organize tasks
• Minimum age 18

Pre-employment Requirements:

• Drug testing and credential verification
• Driver’s license and vehicle (if required)
