Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality patient care in a long-term care setting. You will work with the nursing staff, perform nursing duties, collect patient data, observe and report findings, and supervise care as needed. A valid LPN license and reliable transportation are required, with 1+ year LTC experience preferred.

Posted Salary Range

USD $28.00 - USD $33.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
